ABO血型因素对十二指肠溃疡发病的影响

目的: 从幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori,Hp)感染角度探讨ABO血型对十二指肠溃疡(duodenal ulcer,DU)发病的因素。方法: 比较80例DU患者组和1061名健康对照者血型分布的差别及DU组不同血型发病年龄。利用快速尿素酶实验Hp测定仪检测,确定DU组不同血型者Hp感染率并进行比较。结果: DU组O型血者占56.3%,高于O型血在正常人群中的分布28.7%(P<0.005),不同血型者DU平均发病年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DU组不同血型者Hp感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: O型血者易患DU不是通过Hp感染或胃酸分泌来起作用的。

Relations between blood group ABO and onset of duodenal ulcer

Objective:To clarify the relationship between blood group ABO and duodenal ulcer(DU)in patients with H.pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:The blood type of 80 patients with DU and 1 061 healthy controls were determined.The age of disease onset in DU patients with different blood types was compared and the Hp infection rate was determined by rapid urinase test.Results:Fifty six point three percent of the patients in DU group were of blood group O,which was significantly higher than the normal blood group distribution rate(28.7%)in healthy population(P<0.005).However,there was no statistical difference in the average age of disease onset or in the Hp infection rate(P>0.05)among different blood groups.Conclusions:Patients with blood group O doesn't acquire DU by Hp infection or stronger gastric acid secretion.
