| 摘 要： | 目的:研究薄荷油乳剂经皮给药对小鼠耳肿胀的保护作用。方法:40只雄性小白鼠随机分为正常对照组、阳性对照组、薄荷油乳剂高剂量组、薄荷油乳剂中剂量组、薄荷油乳剂低剂量组。正常对照组耳部涂抹生理盐水,阳性对照组耳部涂抹石灰搽剂,其余均涂抹薄荷油乳剂。以肿胀度和肿胀率为指标区分消炎效果。结果:阳性对照组、薄荷油乳剂高剂量组、薄荷油乳剂中剂量组、薄荷油乳剂低剂量组较正常对照组肿胀度和肿胀率均有降低。结论:石灰搽剂、薄荷油乳剂均具有一定的消炎效果。薄荷油乳剂高剂量组较石灰搽剂组消炎效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To study the protective effect of peppermint oil emulsion percutaneous administration on ear swelling of mouse. Methods：40 male mice were randomly divided into normal control group,positive con- trol group,high dose group of peppermint oil emulsion,middle dose group of peppermint oil emulsion,low dose group of peppermint oil emulsion. Ear of normal control group smear with physiological saline,ear of positive control group smear lime liniment,the rest were daub peppermint oil emulsion. Swelling and swelling rate indicators were used to distinguish inflammatory effect. Results：the positive control group,high dose,the middle dose and low dose of peppermint oil emulsion group compared to the normal control group had de- creased swelling and swelling rate. Conclusion：Lime liniment and peppermint oil emulsion have certain an- ti-inflammatory effect. Peppermint oil emulsion in high dose group compared with lime liniment group has obvious anti-inflammatory effect. |
