摘    要:目的:探讨MSCT在上肢动静脉瘘中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析9例经DSA及手术病理证实的上肢动静脉瘘患者的CTA资料。9例中,7例行DSA检查,6例经手术治疗。以DSA及手术检查结果为标准,分析CTA检查在上肢动静脉瘘诊断中的准确性。结果:所有患者血管重建图像显示良好。CTA可以很好地显示上肢动静脉瘘的供血动脉及引流静脉,明确病变的部位、范围以及受累的肌肉组织,与DSA检查及手术结果一致。结论:MSCTA是一种高度准确、非侵袭性的成像技术,在上肢动静脉瘘的诊断和治疗中有重要价值,可在很大程度上替代DSA检查。

Abstract:Objective: To study the role of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in upper limb arteriovenous fistula. Methods: CTA data of 9 patients who underwent DSA and/or surgical treatment for upper limb arteriovenous fistula in Febru- ary 2006 to June 2012 were evaluated retrospectively. DSA examination were performed in 7 patients,and surgical treatment were performed in 6 cases. The CTA findings were analyzed and compared with DSA and surgery. Results: All cases were demonstrated successfully with CTA. CTA cc,,!d easily reveal feeding artery and draining vein of arteriovenous fistula, and con- firm the location, range and affected muscular tissue. The findings on CTA were consistent with DSA. Conclusion: MSCTA is a highly accurate and non-invasive examination technique in diagnosis and treatment of arteriovenous fistula of the upper ex- tremities, and can mostly replace DSA.
