摘    要:目的:探讨112例经Gesell法评估为运动发育迟缓婴幼儿的常规头颅MRI表现。方法:常规头部MRI扫描,采用FSE行头颅轴位T1WI和T2WI、冠状位T2FLAIR和矢状位T1WI平扫,进行影像学分析评估。结果:脑白质髓鞘化异常占30.4%(34/112),脑外间隙和脑室增宽占19.6%(22/112),缺氧缺血性脑病后遗改变占17.9%(20/112),脑发育异常占17.0%(19/112);MRI平扫未见异常占15.2%(17/112)。结论:头颅常规MRI扫描是诊断婴幼儿运动发育迟缓的重要方法,在早期诊断、评估及预后追踪方面有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this study was to review MRI features of motor delay in infants in 112 patients which were clinical diagnosed by the Gesell's movement evaluating method. Methods: 112 patients were taken in routine cranial MRI scan. They were performed with SE pulse sequence in axial T1WI and T2 WI,T2 FLAIR,coronal T2WI and sagittal T1 WI with- out contrast enhancement. To analyse and to evaluate the MRI signs of these patients. Results: There were 30. 4% abnormity myelination of cerebral white matter cases (34/112), 19.6%enlargement of extracerebral space and ventricle cases ( 22/112 ), 17.9% sequelaes of hypoxic-ischemie encephalopathy cases (22/112), 17. O% cerebral dysplasia cases (19/112) ,and 15.2% negative of scan cases (17/112) in all of them. Conclusion:The routine cranial MRI scan is an important method which in diagnosing motor delay in infants. It is a credible approach of early diagnosis, evaluation and following up the prognosis for the disease.
