脐带间充质干细胞治疗HIV感染的安全性评价

目的观察人脐带间充质干细胞治疗慢性HIV感染的安全性和不良反应。方法选择在解放军第三〇二医院就诊的30例慢性HIV感染者,通过静脉输入3×107个人脐带间充质干细胞,每月1次,共治疗3次。在治疗前和第1次治疗之后的第1、2、4、8、12、24、48周检查血常规和生化等指标。结果除少部分患者在治疗后出现轻微发热外,未发现其他不良反应。治疗1年期间随访未发现血常规和肝肾功能较治疗前有显著异常。结论针对慢性HIV感染者的人脐带间充质干细胞治疗具有良好的安全性,为进一步开展相关的治疗和机制研究奠定了基础。

Safety of the treatment with umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells for chronic HIV infection

Objective To evaluate the safety and adverse reactions of the treatment with umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells （UC-MSC） for chronic HIV infection. Methods Thirty chronic HIV-infected patients, who were treated in 302 hospital of PLA, were enrolled in this study. Individual patient was infused intravenously with 3×10^7 UC-MSC at 1 month interval for 3 times. Peripheral blood was collected before treatment and at week 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24 and 48 of treatment for the detection of blood routine, liver function and renal function. Results Except that a small part of the patients had a slight fever after the first infusion of UC- MSC, no other adverse reactions were found. No significant differences in liver and renal function and blood routine were found before and after treatment. Conclusion The treatment with UC-MSC for chronic HIV-infected patients is safe. It provides an evidence for clinical treatment and the study of mechanisms.
