摘    要:本文报道自国产人参(Panax Ginseng C.A.Meyer)叶中分离出三种人参皂甙,分别称为Le、Lg_1和Lg_2。经各项理化常数、红外光谱~1H核磁共振谱、质谱及与标准品进行红外光谱、薄层层析和混溶对照测定,分别证明为人参皂甙—Re(Le)、人参皂甙—Rg_1(Lg_1)和人参皂甙—Rh_2(Lg_2)。人参皂甙—Rg_2(Lg_2)为首次自人参叶中分离鉴定

Abstract:Three ginsenosides(Ginsenoside-Le, -Lg1 and -Lg2)were isolated from leaves of the home-made ginseng, Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer (Araliaceaae), with silica gel column chromatography and centrifugal thin layer chromatography. Each saponin was identified with physiochemical procedures such as IR, 1H-NMR, MS,melting point,acid hydrolysis,acetylation etc. And then check-up identification was made after isolation between these sapoins and authenic ginsenoside samples (supported by Dr S Shibata, Meiji College of Pharmacy, Tokyo,Japan) with IR, silica gel thin layer chromatography, mixed melting point etc. It was proved that ginsenoside-Le,-Lg1 and Lg2 were identical with ginsenoside-Re, -Rg1 and -Rg2 respectively. And, ginsenoside-Rg2 was isolated from ginseng leaves for the first time
