无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效观察

目的探讨无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭的效果。方法选取急性左心衰竭患者31例,随机分为治疗组（15例）和对照组（16例）。对照组给予吸氧、强心、利尿、扩血等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的同时应用无创正压通气治疗,观察两组治疗前、治疗后1 h、6 h心率、呼吸、血压、血氧饱和度变化情况及心功能改善情况。结果治疗组在治疗后1 h、6 h的心率、呼吸较对照组明显下降（P〈0.05）,而血氧饱和度较对照组明显升高（P〈0.05）,两组血压治疗前后变化不大（P〉0.05）。结论无创正压通气配合常规治疗能明显改善急性左心衰竭患者的症状,挽救患者的生命。

Treatment effect of acute left ventricular failure by non-injury positive pressure ventilation

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of acute left ventricular failure by non-injury positive pressure ventilation.Methods Thirty-one patients with acute left ventricular failure were randomly divided into treatment group（n=15） and control group（n=16）.The parameter of heart rate,respiration,blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation and the heart function change were investigated between the treatment group（using NIPPV besides conventional treatment） and the control group（using conventional methods,include of oxygen inhalation,streng myocardial contraction,diuresis,vasodilator and so on） at 1 hours and 6 hours after treatment,respectively.Results At 1 hour and 6 hour after treatment,there were statistically significant difference between two groups in the parameter of heart rate,respiration,blood oxygen saturation（P＆lt;0.05）.The difference of blood pressure was no statistically significant between two groups（P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion Non-injury positive pressure ventilation combined with routine therapy can significantly improve symptoms of patients with acute left ventricular failure,and save the life of patients.
