精神分裂症患者父母家庭危机应对能力与患者疾病复发的相关性研究

目的：了解精神分裂症患者父母家庭危机应对能力与患者精神分裂症复发的关系.方法：调查100例痊愈出院的精神分裂症患者在1年内的复发率,采用家庭危机个人评价量表（F-COPES）比较复发与未复发患者父母的家庭危机个人应对能力.结果：精神分裂症复发患者父母F-COPES总分为（84.29±12.52）分,明显低于未复发精神分裂症患者父母的（127.46±16.61）分（t=13.45,P〈0.01）.精神分裂症复发率与患者父母家庭危机应对能力呈负相关（P〈0.05,或〈0.01）.结论：精神分裂症患者父母家庭危机应对能力能够影响精神分裂症的复发.

The study on correlation of the family crisis response capacity and the recurrence of diseases of the patients with schizophrenia

Objective：To understand the correlation of the family crisis response capacity and the recurrence of diseases of the patients with schizophrenia. Methods The relapse rate of 100 patients with schizophrenia in a year was researched, the family crisis response capacity of the patients with schizophrenia who was recrudescent and the patients with schizophrenia who was not recrudescent was compared by F - COPES. Results： The total score of F - COPES in the patients with schizophrenia who was recrudescent was （ 84.29± 12.52） points,it was lower than that in the patients with schizophrenia who was not recrudescent （ 127.46 ± 16.61 ） points] （ t = 13.45, P 〈 0.01 ）. There was negative correlation between schizophrenia relapse rate and the family crisis response capacity of the patients with schizophrenia（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：The family crisis response capacity of schizophrenia parents can affect schizophrenia relapse.
