| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾移植术后患者出院前健康指导的内容.方法：对肾移植术后患者从如何判断排斥反应、观察药物毒副作用、如何预防感染等方面进行指导.结果：肾移植术后患者并发症出现率降低,并对生活充满信心.结论：对于肾移植术后患者进行健康指导是必要的.

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore health guidance contents for renal transplantation patients to be discharged. Methods：The patients should receive health guidance including judgment of acute rejection, observation of drug side effects and prevention of infec-tions. Results： Incidence rates of the complications were reduced. Conclusions： It is necessary for the renal transplantation patients to receive health guidance. |
