SOX方案联合热疗用于局部晚期胃癌新辅助治疗的临床观察

目的：探讨SOX方案联合热疗用于局部晚期胃癌新辅助治疗的安全性及有效性.方法：将我院94例局部晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组.实验组46例,给予SOX方案联合上腹部深部热疗;对照组48例,直接外科手术.分析实验组的不良反应及两组患者的R0切除率.结果：实验组主要不良反应多为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、肝功能异常、周围神经毒性,无Ⅳ级不良反应;疾病控制率为76.1%.实验组与对照组R0切除率分别为87.8%和72.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：SOX方案化疗联合热疗在局部晚期胃癌新辅助治疗中不良反应较轻,提高了局部晚期胃癌的R0切除率.

Clinical observation of SOX regimen combined with hyperthermia asthe neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced gastric cancer

Objective：To investigate the safety and efficacy of SOX regimen combined with hyperthermia as the neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced gastric cancer. Methods： 94 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into experiment group （n = 46 ） and ＇control group （ n = 48 ）. The experimental group were given SOX regimen combined with hyperthermia;the control group were given surgical alone. The major tox- icity reactions in the experimental group and the proportion of R0 resection rate in the two groups were analyzed. Results：The major toxicity reactions in the experiment group were of grade I or II,including gastrointestinal reaction, myelosuppression,liver dysfunction and peripheral nerve injury, there was no toxicity of grade IV ,the disease control rate was 76.1%. The R0 resection rates were 87.8% and 72.9% in the experiment group and control group ,there was statistical difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： SOX regimen combined with hyperthermia for treatment of patients with locally advanced gastric cancer mild toxicity reaction,increase R0 resection rate.
