对美沙酮维持治疗者进行健康教育的探讨

目的：寻求有效的健康教育方法,使美沙酮维持治疗（MMT）患者参加美沙酮维持治疗的依从性提高,降低复吸率.方法：通过对2006年7月-2013年6月本门诊收治的1 542例患者资料进行回顾,其中男性1 192例,女性350例,从中随机抽取710名患者,分成两组,其中320名为对照组不进行健康教育,390名为观察组进行健康教育.6个月以后对两组患者的维持率与尿检阳性率进行对比.结果：对照组的维持治疗率和尿检阳性率都比观察组差（P〈0.01）.结论：对患者和家属提供健康教育,增强患者与家属对美沙酮维持治疗的认识及参与治疗的积极性.使患者依附性增加,脱失率下降,最终完全停止海洛因的使用,真正回归社会是有明显效果的.

Discussion of health education on methadone maintenance treatment patients

Objective：To search for an effective health education method in order to improve the compliance and reduce the re-lapse rate for methadone maintenance treatment （MMT） patients under the methadone maintenance treatment. Methods：The data of 1542 patients from the clinic from July 2006 to June 2013, including 1192 male cases and 350 female cases, were retrospectively stud-ied. Wherein, 710 patients were randomly selected and divided into control group （320 patients without health education） and obser-vation group （390 patients with health education）. 6 months later, the maintenance rate and the the positive rate of urine test of the patients in the 2 groups were compared. Results： The maintenance rate and positive rate of the urine test in control group were worse than those of observation group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： To provide the health education to the patients and their families, the under-standing and participation in the MMT are enhanced. It is obviously effective to increase the compliance, reduce the relapse rate, even-tually completely stop using heroin, and really return to society.
