颅脑外伤法医精神病鉴定患者家属的心理健康状况及其护理干预

目的：了解颅脑外伤鉴定患者家属的心理健康状况,并确定护理干预措施.方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、焦虑自评量表（SAS） 和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对107例颅脑外伤鉴定患者家属进行调查,并与全国常模进行比较.结果：（1）研究组SCL-90 总分（175.76±68.68）、总均分（1.95±0.76）、阳性项目平均分（2.78±0.64）均高于全国常模（P均〈0.05）;除人际关系因子外,其他因子分均高于全国常模,强迫（2.19±0.85）、抑郁（2.22±0.93）等因子均高于分界值2.0（P均〈0.05）.（2）SAS（51.01±11.60）、SDS（54.69±13.70）的粗分结果也均高于常模和粗分的分界值（P均〈0.01）.结论：颅脑外伤鉴定者家属存在严重心理问题,需要进行及时护理干预.

Mental health and its nursing intervention of family members of patients with traumatic brain injury needing forensic psychiatric identification

Objective： To investigate mental health status of family members of patients with traumatic brain injury, and to de- termine nursing interventions. Methods： Symptom checklist （ SCL-90）, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） were adopted to investigate 107 family members of the patients with traumatic brain injury. Further, the results were com- pared with the national norm. Results： （ 1 ） The SCL-90 total score, the total average score, and the average score of the positive items of study group was 175.76＋68.68, 1.95±0.76, and 2.78±0.64, respectively, which were all higher than the national norm （ all P〈 0.05 ）. Except the interpersonal relationship factor, the other factor scores were all higher than the national norm. The obsessive factor score （2.19±0.85） and depression factor score （2.22±0.93） were higher than the critical value of 2.0 （all P〈0.05）. （2） The orig- inal scores of SAS （51.01±11.60） and SDS （54.69±13.70） were also higher than the norm and critical value （P〈0.01）. Concluslolas ： There are serious psychological problems in the family members of the patients with traumatic brain injury, which need for timely nursing interventions.
