摘    要:目的:探讨银杏叶提取物治疗心绞痛的疗效,并探讨其机制。方法:将心绞痛患者分两组:实验组和对照组。实验组90例,常规治疗+银杏叶提取物干预;对照组90例,内科常规治疗。治疗前后对比两组患者心电图和临床症状改善程度;检测实验组和对照组血清Bcl-2表达的结果。结果:与对照组比较,实验组心绞痛患者心电图和临床症状改善程度明显,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),血清Bcl-2水平均明显上调,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶提取物可以显著改善心绞痛患者的临床症状,改善心肌缺血,缓解心绞痛发作;其机制与上调抗凋亡基因表达有关。

Abstract:Objective: To study curative effect of Ginkgo biloba extract in treatment of angina pectoris, and to explore its mech- anism. Methods:The angina pectoris patients were divided into experimental group (90 cases) and control group (90 cases). The ca- ses in experimental group were treated with conventional treatment and intervened by Ginkgo biloba extract, whereas those in control group were treated with the conventional medical treatment. Improvements of electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment. The serum Bcl-2 expression was also detected. Results: The improvement of the electro- cardiogram and clinical symptoms of experimental group was more obvious than those of control group, and the difference was statisti- cally significant (P〈0.05). The serum Bcl-2 level of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Ginkgo biloba extract can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with angina pectoris, improve myocardial ischemia, and alleviate angina pectoris. Moreover, its mechanism is related with the up-regulation of anti-apoptotic gene expression.
