| Abstract: | This paper studies the mental health methods of Confucian doctrine,Taoism,Buddhism school and Legalist school from its main characteristic,theory basis,basic request and specific implementation procedure,in order to carry forward Chinese traditional culture and inaugurate the psychic health education,consummating solicitude and psychological consultation. |
