| 摘 要： | 目的了解唐山地区产科护士心理健康状况.方法采用整群抽样的方法,随机抽取唐山地区16所医院的292名产科护士为观察组,387名非产科护士为对照组,应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行问卷调查.结果两组SCL-90各因子分、SAS标准分比较,未见统计学差异（P〉0.05）.结论产科护士与非产科护士比较,心理健康水平趋于一致.

| Abstract: | Objective To understand mental health status of obstetric nur ses in Tangshan area. Methods With the method of whole sampling, 292 obstetric nurses, coming from 16 hospitals in Tangshan area, and 378 nurses , coming from non-obstetric department were randomly divided into two groups, o bserved group and control group. All the nurses above were interviewed by questi onnaires using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90) . Results There is no significant statistics differences (P >0.05) between two groups in both each factor scores of SCL-90 and SAS sta ndard scores. Conclusion There was no significant difference in t he mental health level between obstetric nurses and the non-obstetric nurses. |
