| 摘 要： | 修复尿道下裂手术的成功有赖于重建尿道的皮瓣的全部存活,我们设计了阴囊纵隔双蒂岛状皮瓣Ⅰ期修复尿道下裂的术式,以提供皮瓣良好的血供。从1991年12月至1992年12月为9例2.5岁至9岁先天性尿道下裂儿童施行手术,无一例出现术后并发症。文中对该方法进行了详细描述,着重讨论了如何建立双血管蒂,及降低手术并发症的体会。

| Abstract: | Nine cases of hypospadias were repaired using double-pedicle scrotum septal flap from December 1991 to December 1992.Success was achieved in all cases.The key point of success was to preserve the vascular pedicle to the flap.The operative technique and the management of complications are described. |
