射频间质内热疗术后脑水肿范围的实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究脑肿瘤热疗中脑水肿与射频电极温度和作用时间的关系。方法 应用不同射频电极温度和作用时间分别对35只成年兔脑进行加热,并测量脑水肿和脑毁损的范围,采用计算机统计软件SPSS 10.0进行数据分析。结果 脑水肿的程度与射频电极温度和作用时间相关,脑水肿和热疗剂量之间的回归方程呈线性关系。结论 根据射频热疗剂量和脑水肿带之间的回归方程,我们可以在临床肿瘤热疗工作中预测脑水肿的范围,选择最合适的射频电极温度和作用时间,减少射频间质内热疗的并发症。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between cerebral edema and radiofrequency electrode temperature and duration of hyperthermia for treatment of cerebral tumors. Methods Thirty five rabbit brains were treated with different radiofrequency electrode temperature and duration. The ranges of brain edema and cerebral injurywere measured respectively, and the computer software SPSS 10.0 was used for data analysis. Results The degree of brain edema had significant correlation with radiofrequency electrode temperature and duration of hyperthermia. The regressive equation between cerebral edema and radiofrequency electrode temperature and hyperthermia duration was linear. Conclusion According to the regressive equation between the doses of radiofrequency hyperthemia and cerebral edema, the degree of edema can be predicted in the clinical hyperthemia of tumors, and the most suitable radiofrequency electrode temperature and duration can be determined so as to reduce complications of radiofrenquency interstitial hyperthermia.
