| 摘 要： | 总结20例倒V型后入路手术治疗先天性高位肛门闭锁患儿的护理，包括：讲清术前禁食及减轻腹胀的重要性．取得家属的配合；做好肠道准备，补充足够营养；术后做好肛门会阴部的护理及油纱软肛管的护理，及时给予气囊球囊扩肛．防止肛门挛缩狭窄；及早加强肛门排便锻炼，减少术后并发症等措施，能尽快恢复正常排便功能．缩短患儿住院时间，提高治愈率，提高患儿术后生活质量。

| Abstract: | To summarize nursing of 20 children patients with upper-part imperfora te anus treated with operation through inverted V-shaped posterior approach, wit h nursing measures including: making good explanation and getting cooperation of patients' relatives; explaining the importance of fasting and alleviating stoma ch swelling before operation; making good intestinal preparation, supplying enou gh nutrition; nursing anus and perineum as well as vaseline pledget soft anal ca nal, anus dilatation by balloon timely, preventing twitch of anus; enhancing ana l defecation exercising, and reducing complications of operation. The above nurs ing methods could restore patients' defecation function, shorten children patien ts' hospitalization time, improve cure rate and improve their postoperative life quality. |
