茴香茶中小茴香等挥发油的提取和β-环糊精包合工艺研究

摘    要:目的优化茴香茶中小茴香等挥发油的提取和β-环糊精包合工艺。方法采用正交试验,以挥发油含量为提取工艺评价指标;以包合物收率、油转移率为包合工艺评价指标,进行考察。结果最佳提取条件为:药材粉碎过20目筛,浸泡1h,提取10h,挥发油含量为41.5mg.g-1;最佳包合工艺为:挥发油-β-CYD=1∶5,包合温度40℃,包合1h,包合物收率为74.0%,油转移率为79.3%。结论本法确定的最佳工艺,为茴香茶的进一步研究提供依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the processes of volatile oils extraction from fennel etc of the fennel tea and β-cyclodextrin inclusion.METHODS Orthogonal experiment design was adopted.The content of volatile oils was used as extracting criteria.The recovery of inclusion complexes and the transferring rate of oil were used as criteria of in clusion proloss.RESULTS The optimal extraction outcome was as follows:particle size was 20 mesh.soaking for 1 hour,extraction for 10 hours,the extraction rate of the volatile oils was 41.5mg·g-1.The optimal inclusion complex condition was as follows:the volatile oils formed complex with the β-cyclodextrin in a ratio of 1∶5 and stirring for 1 hour at 40℃.The recovery rate of inclusion compounds and the transfer rate of the oils were 74.0% and 79.3%.CONCLUSION This optimal processes will provide basis for further study of the fennel tea.
