| 摘 要： | 目的探讨立体定向技术在精确定位切除颅内小病灶时的优越性。方法采用立体定向仪手术计划系统,对28例颅内小病灶行术前精确定位后,在显微镜辅助下切除病灶。结果直视下全切除小胶质瘤10例,转移瘤5例,脑膜瘤4例,结核瘤3例,脑脓肿4例,金属弹头2例。无手术并发症及死亡病例。结论采用立体定向技术引导并在显微镜辅助下切除颅内小病灶,具有定位精确,手术损伤小,手术成功率高的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the superiority of stereotactic technology for small cerebral lesions. Methods After located accurately by ASA-620 stereotactic surgical planning system, small lesions in twenty-eight cases were removed assisted with microscope. Results There were 10 cases of glioma, 5 cases of metastasis, 4 cases of meningioma, 3 cases of tuberculoma, 4 cases of abscess, 2 cases of bullet. All of them were completely resected under direct vision. There was no side effects and death. Conclusion Stereotactic operations can improve the accurate rate of lesion location and survival rate. |
