论联勤体制下医院保障能力

联勤形势下军队医院医疗保障的体系范围、保障关系以及保障方式等都出现了变化,呈现新的特点和规律。本文总结了该院在通过不断积极引导、强化人员联勤保障意识及为部队服务思想,完善和落实规章制度,规范为部队服务秩序的基础上,积极扩展延伸服务,加强对基层部队的技术帮带,不断开拓创新、大力促进医院各项工作全面发展,全面提高军事斗争卫勤保障准备水平的一些经验和做法。

Support Ability of Hospital under Joint Services System

Due to the application of join service system,a series of changes have happened to the medical service system of military hospital,such as support scope support resource and serving methods.Resulted from these chan- ges,new characters and rules emerged.Here by this paper outlined some useful methods that Fuzhou General Hos- pital has adopted,including stimulating the join-service consciousness,perfecting and fulfilling effective rules and regulations,standardizing the service order,increasing the technical aid to base unit and speeding up the develop- ment of it's own,in order to enhance development of hospital and promote preparedness of medical support.
