| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氩离子凝固术（APC）在Barrett食管（BE）治疗中的应用价值。方法对2008年9月至2011年2月无肠上皮化生的83例病理诊断BE患者，在内镜窄带成像（NBI）技术定位下行APC治疗，术后2～3、6个月应用NBI技术对原病灶处进行复查。结果83例患者共行118次APC治疗，74例术后2～3、6个月复查无复发，6个月时内镜复查BE复发9例，其中4例获得病理诊断。结论APC是一种治疗BE较为安全、有效、创伤小的内镜介入治疗手段。治疗的适宜功率为60W，随访6个月复发率较低；但远期疗效还有待于进一步评估。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of argon plasma coagulation （APC）in treatment of Barrett＇s esophagus （BE）. Methods Under accurate positioning of endoscopic narrow band imaging （NBI）, 83 cases of BE without intestinal metaplassia were treatment with APC from September 2008 to February 2011. The original lesions were reexamined with NBI 2 and 6 months after treatment, Results Total 118 APC treatments were performed in 83 patients. Among them there was no recurrent in 74 patients during the follow-up examination 2 and 6 month after treatment; recurrence was detected by gastroscopy in 9 patients and confirmed pathologically in 4 patients in 6 months after treatment. Conclusion APC is a safer, reliable and less invasive therapeutic approach for Barrett＇s esophagus. The low recurrent rate has been observed in short-term follow-up, but the long-term effectiveness needs to be further evaluated. |
