2型糖尿病患者外周血白细胞计数与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性研究

目的 探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者外周血白细胞计数（WBC）与颈动脉内中膜厚度（IMT）的相关性.方法 对138例T2DM患者的WBC与IMT的相关性进行比较.结果 IMT异常组的年龄、病程、WBC、hs-CRP、BMI、HbA1c与IMT正常组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05或0.01）;Spearman 相关分析显示,WBC与IMT成正相关关系（P＜0.01）.结论 WBC的升高（虽然在正常范围内）对糖尿病大血管并发症是一个重要的预测因子.

Correlation of peripheral leukocyte count with intima-media thickness in patients with type 2 diabetes JI Liming,

Objective To investigate the correlation of peripheral white blood cell count（WBC ） with carotid artary intima-media thickness （IMT） of carotid artery in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods IMT and WBC were analyzed in 138 patients with type 2 diabetes （T2DM） and 46 healthy subjects. Results Age, duration of diabetes, WBC, high sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）, body mass index （ BMI ）, HBAlc were markedly higher in type 2 diabetic patients with abnormal IMT than those with normal IMT （all P〈0.05）. Spearma correlation analysis showed that WBC was positvely correlated to IMT （ rs=0.4295,P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Elevated WBC count may be an predictive factor for development of macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetic patiens.
