Id-1和VEGF在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨分化／DNA结合抑制因子-1（Id-1）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测20例正常增生期子宫内膜，20例子宫内膜不典型增生及50例子宫内膜样腺癌中Id-1和VEGF的表达。结果（1）在正常增生期子宫内膜、不典型增生及内膜样腺癌中Id-1的阳性表达率分别为15％、55％和60％，VEGF的阳性表达率分别为10％、20％和70％，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）；（2）Id-1的表达与内膜样腺癌分化程度、肌层浸润深度、手术-病理分期、淋巴结转移之间均明显相关（均P〈0．05）。VEGF与内膜样腺癌肌层浸润深度明显相关（尸〈005）；（3）Id-1的表达与VEGF呈正相关（P〈001）。结论Id-1、VEGF的高表达与子宫内膜样腺癌的发生和发展密切相关；子宫内膜样腺癌中，Id-1可能通过上调VEGF促进肿瘤血管的形成。

The Expression and Significance of Id-1 and VEGF inEndometrial Adenocarcinoma

Objective To explore the expression and clinical effects of Id-1 and VEGF protein in endometrial adenocarci- noma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP staining method was used to detect the expression of Id-1 and VEGF in 50 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, 20 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 20 cases of normal endometrium. Results （ 1 ）The positive rates of Id-1 in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia, and endometrial adenocarcinoma were 15%,55% and 60% respec- tively; the positive rates of VEGF were 10%,20% and 70% respectively. The positive rate of Id-1 and VEGF showed statistical sig- nificance in these three groups （P 〈0.01）. （2}The expression of Id-1 increased with the progress of histological grade, FIGO stage, myometrial invasion and lymph nod metastasis （P 〈 0.05） .The expression of VEGF increased with the progress of myome- trial invasion（P 〈 0.05）.（ 3）The expression of Id-1 was positively associated with VEGF（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion These results sug- gest that the abnormal expression of Id-1 andVEGF may be closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma. To endometrial adenocarcinoma, Id-1 maybe promote tumor angiogenesis by upregulating VEGF formation.
