Id-1和VEGF在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨分化/DNA结合抑制因子-1(Id-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测20例正常增生期子宫内膜,20例子宫内膜不典型增生及50例子宫内膜样腺癌中Id-1和VEGF的表达。结果(1)在正常增生期子宫内膜、不典型增生及内膜样腺癌中Id-1的阳性表达率分别为15%、55%和60%,VEGF的阳性表达率分别为10%、20%和70%,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.01);(2)Id-1的表达与内膜样腺癌分化程度、肌层浸润深度、手术-病理分期、淋巴结转移之间均明显相关(均P〈0.05)。VEGF与内膜样腺癌肌层浸润深度明显相关(尸〈005);(3)Id-1的表达与VEGF呈正相关(P〈001)。结论Id-1、VEGF的高表达与子宫内膜样腺癌的发生和发展密切相关;子宫内膜样腺癌中,Id-1可能通过上调VEGF促进肿瘤血管的形成。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression and clinical effects of Id-1 and VEGF protein in endometrial adenocarci- noma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP staining method was used to detect the expression of Id-1 and VEGF in 50 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, 20 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 20 cases of normal endometrium. Results ( 1 )The positive rates of Id-1 in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia, and endometrial adenocarcinoma were 15%,55% and 60% respec- tively; the positive rates of VEGF were 10%,20% and 70% respectively. The positive rate of Id-1 and VEGF showed statistical sig- nificance in these three groups (P 〈0.01). (2}The expression of Id-1 increased with the progress of histological grade, FIGO stage, myometrial invasion and lymph nod metastasis (P 〈 0.05) .The expression of VEGF increased with the progress of myome- trial invasion(P 〈 0.05).( 3)The expression of Id-1 was positively associated with VEGF(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion These results sug- gest that the abnormal expression of Id-1 andVEGF may be closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma. To endometrial adenocarcinoma, Id-1 maybe promote tumor angiogenesis by upregulating VEGF formation.
