居民口腔健康状况及影响因素调查研究

目的探讨口腔健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查形式,选取浙江、江苏、山东、黑龙江、北京多个省市为调查点,共有1823名受调查者。结果 16～<35岁、35～<55岁、55岁以上人群中无明显口腔症状比例分别为34.67%、22.37%和18.35%,35～44岁、65～74岁平均存牙颗数分别为28.47、22.16。影响因素中刷牙频率、漱口频率、喜好甜食、喜好冰冷食物、吸烟状况以及经济条件、受教育程度对口腔健康状况的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论现今社会口腔问题普遍存在,适当增加刷牙频率、漱口频率、减少甜食和冰冷食物的进食量、减少吸烟行为、提高受教育水平、促进经济发展可以对提高口腔健康水平起到一定的作用。

A Study on the Oral Health Status and Its Influencing Factors
