摘    要:采用PCR和ELISA方法对30例突发性耳聋(突聋)患者血清中人类巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)和单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)进行了检测。结果显示:7例(23%)HCMV DNA阳性,4例 HCMV抗体(IgA或 IgM)升高或 IgM升高,2例 HCMV和 HSV DNA均阳性,相应抗体水平高于 正常,治疗后1月复查部分病例转阴。提示:用PCR和ELISA方法对突聋患者病毒感染情况的检 测,对于探讨突聋的发病机制和治疗有重要意义。

Abstract:The infection of HCMV and HSV were studied with PCR and ELISA in30 cases of sud- den deafness. HCMV in the peripheral blood and the antibody (IgA and IgM) in serum were monitored. The result showed that 7 (23 % of the total )sudden deafness patients were infected by HCMV, 5 (17% of the total)by HSV, and 2 by both of them. Their antibody levels were beyond the average. Since PCR technique is quick and sensitive,ELISA can monitor the con tinuous changes of antibody levels in patients. They will provide an ideal method in the prevention and treatment of virus infection. Using PCR and ELISA may further help define the role of viral etiology in sudden deafness.
