| 摘 要： | 目的：研究巨细胞病毒（ＣＭＶ）感染与Ｔｏｕｒｅｔｔｅ综合征（ＴＳ）的发病关系。方法：采用改进的ＥＬＩＳＡ法对４０例ＴＳ患儿及其母亲进行血清ＣＭＶ＿ＩｇＭ抗体检测及临床观察。结果：发现患儿ＩｇＭ的阳性率为９５．０％（３８／４０），体检儿ＩｇＭ的阳性率为１９．８％（３９／１９７），两者有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０１），患儿母亲ＩｇＭ的阳性率为９６．７％（２９／３０），体检妇女ＩｇＭ的阳性率为９．０％（１０３

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the
relationship of cytomegalovirus(CMV) infection and Tourette syndrome(TS). Method: Serum
CMVIgM was measured with improved Elisa test in 40 TS children and their mothers. 197
normal children were recruited as control.TS subjcets were treated with antiviral drugs. Clinical
features of TS subjects were monitored. Results: The IgM positive rate was significantly higher
in TS patients(95%) than normal children (198%), P<001. It was also significantly higher in
mothers of TS subjects (967%) than women in the general population (9%), P<001. There was
also significant association in CMVIgM rate between TS patients and their mothers, P<001.
Fourteen cases of TS children showed satisfactory response to antiviral treatment. Conclusion:
CMV infection is associated with Tourette syndrome. |
