Taohong Siwu Decoction in treatment of coronary heart disease Angina Pectoris

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and its effect on the blood lipid level.Methods:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets orally,while the experimental group was treated extra with Taohong Siwu Decoction orally on the basis treatment of the control group.The treatment was lasted for 14 days.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group 78.33%(P<0.05).The duration of angina pectoris in the two groups after treatment was shorter than that before treatment,and the experimental group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of angina pectoris,plasma fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,serum LDL-C,TG and TC levels reduced after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum HDL-C levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can significantly shorten the time of angina pectoris in the patients with coronary heart disease treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris and blood viscosity,regulate blood lipid metabolism,and improve clinical efficacy.
