| 摘 要： | 旨在深化络脉研究,在络脉分为气络与血络的基础上,首次提出津络学说.认为津络是经络的一部分,与气络、血络相伴而行,以流通和渗灌津液为主要功能的、密布于全身的网络.气络以运行气机为主,血络以运输血液为主,气络、血络、津络三者功能上互补,结构上相伴,共同组成一个完整的络脉网络系统.本学说的提出具有重要的理论意义和实践价值.

| Abstract: | To further the study of collaterals, the theory of body fluid collaterals was put forward for the first time based on the existing classification of collaterals into qi collaterals and blood vessels. It is believed that the body fluid collaterals, along with the qi collaterals and blood vessels, are part of the whole system of human meridians and collaterals. As a network spreading through the whole body, they fulfill the main functions of circulation and infiltration of body fluid, while qi collaterals mainly serve qi activity and blood vessels transport blood. The three complement each other in terms of function and structure, forming a complete system of collaterals with important theoretical and practical significance. |
