PCOS病人血清TNF-α及IGF-1水平变化及意义

目的探讨血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平的变化与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病的关系。方法采集90例PCOS病人和41例正常人血清,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测两组TNF-αI、GF-1的表达水平。结果PCOS病人血清TNF-α及IGF-1的表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(t=32.341、3.986,P<0.01);TNF-α含量与PCOS病人是否肥胖有关(t=21.760,P<0.01);PCOS病人血清TNF-α水平与IGF-1的含量呈正相关关系(r=0.74,P<0.05);正常对照组血清TNF-α水平与IGF-1的含量无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论TNF-αI、GF-1水平升高可能与PCOS的发病有关。

THE CHANGES OF SERUM TNF-α AND IGF-1 AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE IN PATIENTS WITH POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME

Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and the occurrence of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS). Methods Serum was collected from 90 PCOS patients and 41 healthy women for detection of TNF-α and IGF-1 by ELISA. Results The serum levels of TNF-α and IGF-1 in PCOS were significantly higher than that in the control,the difference between the two groups was significant(t=32.341,3.986;P<0.01).The level of TNF-α in the patients was related with obesity(t=21.760,P<0.01),and positively correlated with IGF-1 in the PCOS(r=0.74,P<0.05).In the healty control,no significant correlation was noted between TNF-α and IGF-1(P>0.05).Conclusion The rising of serum TNF-α and IGF-1 may be associated with the development of PCOS.
