| Abstract: | A case is presented which demonstrates the potential utility of the extracranial-intracranial bypass procedure for the treatment of vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage. Extracranial-intracranial bypass surgery offers another alternative to the treatment of patients with vasospasm who have failed aggressive medical management. |
