摘    要:目前认为,NK细胞可能参与构成机体抗肿瘤生长和病毒感染的第一道防线。对许多恶性肿瘤患者的研究表明,其外周血NK活性低下,且与肿瘤进展和转移有关。但对病毒感染患者NK活性变化研究尚少,结果也不一致。一般认为,乙型病毒性肝炎和肝硬化(LC)可演变成肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)

Abstract:Using ~(125)IUdR Release test, the NK activity of peripheral blood Mononuclear cells in patients with different types of B viral hepatitis (54 cases), Liver cirrhosis (LC,42 cases) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC,38 cases) in vitro against k562target cells was detected. In comparison with normal controls,the NK activity was signific- antly increased (P<0.05) in patients with chronic active hepatitis (CAH), but not in cases of acute hepatitis, HBsAg carriers and great majority of chronic persistent hepatitis (CPH). On the contrary, there was a more distinct lower NK activity in patients with LC (P<0.001) and HCC (P<0.0005) than in normal controls. When LC compared with HCC,there was a significant higher NK activity in former group than in latter (P<0.0005). Morever, it was observed that NK activity in patients with HCC tend to be decreased in cases with increased level of serum A-fetoprotein (AFP). After treating the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with HCC by sillica, the depletion of phagocytes may in part result in rise of NK activity. This results suggested that the defect of immunological surveillance of NK cells in LC may be one of the factors to induce HCC. It's possible that the serum factor or cell in HCC would suppress the NK cell function. In addition, the roles of NK cells in defence of hepatitis B virus infection and the immunological damage of liver cells was discussed elsewhere.
