| Abstract: | This study is to provide for the basis of clinical application of hemophan adsorption method of hemophan hemodialysis. In our experiment, there wasa special sulfurpeak in the X-ray photoelectronic spectrometry or hemophan membrane that had been circularly washed by heparin solution. This result proved directly a successrul heparin adsorption by hemophan. By high performance liquid chromatography, we also measured the concentration of heparin solution by which before and after washed hemophan. The heparinamount adsorbed by new hemophan was 31. 9 mg and the reused once or twice was 40. 6 mg.In addition. our results showed that this adsorption would be increased as the increasing ofconcentration of heparin solution and the prolongationof washing time. |
