放松治疗对广泛性焦虑症患者交感神经皮肤反应的影响

目的探讨放松治疗(RT)对广泛性焦虑症(GAD)患者交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)的影响。方法将92例GAD患者分为研究组(46例)和对照组(46例),研究组除常规药物治疗外,辅助以RT,对照组仅采用常规药物治疗。对治疗后2组患者的焦虑情绪和SSR进行评价。结果治疗前研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和SSR评定值与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前后2组组内HAMA及SSR评定值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组间治疗后HAMA及SSR评定值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 RT可明显改善GAD患者的焦虑症状和自主神经功能状况,有利于提高治疗效果。

Study on sympathetic skin response of generalized anxiety disorder patients with relaxation treatment

Objective To explore the effect of relaxation treatment(RT) on sympathetic skin response(SSR) of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD) patients.Methods A total of 92 GAD patients were divided into study group(n=46)and control group(n=46).The patients in the two groups were all treated with conventional medical therapy.Besides this,RT was used for study group as aided treatment.The indexes of anxiety and SSR of the two groups were evaluated after treatment.Results The scores of hamilton anxiety(HAMA) scale and SSR in the two groups had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of HAMA scale and SSR after treatment in the two groups had significant differences(P<0.01).There were significant differences between the two groups of the scores of HAMA scale and SSR after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion RT can improve anxiety and autonomic nerve dysfunction of GAD patients obviously and it have important value to improve curative effect of GAD.
