摘    要:目的探讨联合检测血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平对评估糖尿病早期肾功能损害的临床价值。方法 87例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者根据尿微量白蛋白水平分为T2DM组47例和糖尿病肾病(DN)组40例,并选择同期体检健康者40例作为对照组;检测3组研究对象血清Cys-C和CRP水平,并进行比较。结果 T2DM组和DN组患者血清Cys-C和CRP水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);DN组患者血清Cys-C和CRP水平显著高于T2DM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cys-C和CRP可作为早期评估糖尿病肾损害程度的指标。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of serum cystatin C(Cys-C)and C reactive protein(CRP)for evaluating kidney damage in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty-seven patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)were divided into T2DM group(n=47)and diabetic nephropathy(DN)group(n=40)according to urine micro-albumin level,while 40 healthy subjects were chosen as control group.The levels of serum Cys-C and CRP were detected and compared among the three groups.Results The levels of serum Cys-C and CRP in T2DM group and DN group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05);the levels of serum Cys-C and CRP in DN group were significantly higher than those in T2DM group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Cys-C and CRP can be used as an early index for the degree of kidney damage in assessment of diabetes.
