五味子藤化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究五味子藤茎的化学成分,为进一步研究其生物活性提供依据。方法利用硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化化合物,用波谱分析方法鉴定其结构。结果从五味子藤茎中分离得到5个化合物,其中3个倍半萜:6β,8β-二羟基艾里莫芬-7(11)-烯-12,8α-内酯(1)、6β,8α-二羟基里艾莫芬-7(11)-烯-12,8β-内酯(2)、Bullatantriol(3);1个异黄酮:大豆素(4);1个有机酸:反式肉桂酸(5)。结论化合物1和2为首次从五味子属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical composition of Schisandra chinensis and provide guidance for further investigation of its bioactivity.Methods Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods.Results Five compounds were isolated and identified from Schisandra chinensis.Three of them were sesquiterpenoids 6β,8β-dihydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8α-olide(1),6β,8α-dihydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8β-olide(2),Bullatantriol(3);one was isoflavonoid Daidzein(4),and the other one was trans-Cinnamic acid(5).Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 were separated from Schisandra chinensis for the first time.
