Cofelx棘突间动态内固定治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄症

目的探讨Cofelx棘突间动态内固定术在单节段腰椎管狭窄症治疗中的短期疗效。方法 22例单节段腰椎管狭窄症患者经后路减压同时行Cofelx内固定术,应用Oswestry功能障碍指数评定(ODI)和日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评价临床疗效,在X线片上测量术段及上邻节段的活动度(ROM)。结果术后JOA、ODI评分及手术节段ROM均优于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);上邻节段ROM术后与术前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Cofelx治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄症短期疗效良好,且对上邻节段ROM影响较小,有利于减缓邻近节段退行性变。

Treatment of Cofelx interspinous implant on patients with single lumbar spinal stenosis

Objective To study the short-term clinical effect of Cofelx interspinous implant on single lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods Twenty-two patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were treated with decompression and Cofelx interspinous implant,the clinical evaluation was concluded by Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI),the radiographs were taken to measure the range of motion(ROM)of operation section and upper adjacent segment.Results The postoperative JOA and ODI scores showed significant improvement compared with preoperative JOA and ODI scores,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The postoperative ROM also showed a significant improvement compared with preoperative ROM at operative segments(P<0.05).But the ROM at the upper adjacent segments was not changed significantly during the follow-up(P>0.05).Conclusion The Cofelx implant shows a good short-term clinical effect on patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and has few influences on upper adjacent segments,this helps to slow down adjacent segment degeneration.
