936株解脲脲原体的培养及耐药性分析

目的了解泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体感染状况及对药物的耐药性。方法采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒,对本院的妇科、皮肤科和泌尿科送检的生殖道分泌物936例进行9种药物的耐药分析。结果936例样本解脲脲原体检出率45.8%,总耐药率0.5%~70.3%。对强力霉素耐药率仅0.5%,对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星耐药率较高,分别为51.8%、70.3%。对喹诺酮类耐药率最高。结论生殖道分泌物支原体感染以解脲脲原体为主。强力霉素为首选药物,其次为交沙霉素。

CULTURE AND ANALYSIS OF ANTIMICROBIAL RESISTANCE OF 936 STRAINS OF UREAPLASMA UREALYTICUM

Objective To investigate the information about prevalence and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in genitourinary tract for rational use of antibiotics.Methods The test kit Myeoplasma IST 2 of BioMerieux was used for indentification and susceptibility testing of Uu isolates.A retrospective survey of Uu infection in genitourinary tract was conducted on target outpatients in department of gynccology and dermatology and urinary surgery.Results Among 936 cases of urethritis Uu was detected in 429 cases(45.8%).The result of susceptibility testing showed that the overall resistance rate of Uu isolates to the antimicrobial agents test was 0.5%-70.2%.The Uu isolates were least resistant to Doxycycline(0.5%),but highly resistant to ofloxacine(51.8%)and ciprofloxacine(70.2%).Quinolone had the highest resistance rate and Doxycycline had the lowest resistance rate.Condusion Uu is a main pathogens of urethritis.Doxycycline showed be the first choice for treatment of Uu,followed by Josamycine.
