游泳对新生儿末梢血胆红素的影响

摘    要:目的观察游泳对正常新生儿血胆红素代谢的影响。方法对78例足月剖宫产分娩的正常新生儿,按出生顺序随机分为游泳组(38例)与对照组(40例)。游泳组从出生当天开始游泳,每天2次,每次10-15 min,至出院。对照组进行常规护理不游泳。在出生后第1、3、5天取两组新生儿末梢血进行微量胆红素测定。并观察记录新生儿胎便初排及转黄时间。结果游泳组新生儿末梢血胆红素值低于对照组(P<0.05),胎便转黄时间缩短(P <0.05),两组差异有显著意义。结论游泳可促使新生儿尽早排出胎粪,提前胎粪转黄时间,加速新生儿血胆红素代谢,减轻生理性黄疸程度。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of swimming on the bilinrubin metabolism of normal newborns. Method Seventy-eight normal term cesarean section newborns were randomly divided into swimming group (38 cases) and control group (40 cases). The infant in swimming group were trained to swim, 10-15 minutes each and twice a day, from 24 hours after birth till discharged. Infant in control group was received routine nursing only. The newborn's peripheral blood billrubin was tested on the first day, the third day and the fifth day after birth. And times of meconiun turning yellow was measured and recorded. Result The peripheral blood billrubin concentration in swimming group were much lower than that of control group (P<0. 05). The swimming group has shorter time of meconiun turning yellow compared with control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Infant swimming will accelerate meconiun defecating and blood bilirubin metabolism, shorten the time of meconiun turning yellow, decrease blood bili-urbin of newborns and physiological jaundice.
