均匀设计优选菟丝子半仿生提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选菟丝子半仿生提取法(简称SBE法)的工艺条件。方法:以总黄酮、总多糖、干浸膏为指标,采用均匀设计优选菟丝子的SBE法的最佳工艺参数。结果:菟丝子SBE法最佳工艺为:三次煎煮用水的pH依次为2.0,6.5,9.0,煎煮时间依次为1,0.5,0.5 h。结论:菟丝子SBE法最佳工艺可行。
