三级医院服务于社区的实践与思考

北京大学第三医院受中共中央党校委托，全面管理党校医院，成立党校院区，成立五年来，通过投入大量人力、物力、财力，改善社区就医环境；开设20多个专家专业门诊，直接为社区群众服务；安排医生J~l＇l巡诊、开展慢病管理、康复治疗以及健康讲座等，为社区做了大量工作。为今后更好地服务社区，提出从提高认识、大医院服务社区的形式、政府支持、全科医生招聘、转诊预约、和当地社区卫生服务中心协作分工等方面进行了探讨。
