| 摘 要： | 目的:研究祛痹止痛凝胶的镇痛、抗炎作用和皮肤刺激性,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:选用健康合格的实验动物,采用热刺激致疼痛模型和醋酸致小鼠扭体模型,考察其镇痛活性;采用二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀试验,考察其抗炎作用;采用皮肤刺激性试验,考察其对皮肤的刺激性。结果:祛痹止痛凝胶给药后,可明显提高热板试验中小鼠痛阈,减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数,并可明显抑制二甲苯所致的耳肿胀;对完整皮肤和破损皮肤均无刺激性。结论:该制剂具有良好的镇痛、抗炎作用;对皮肤无刺激性,有良好的临床应用前景。
