目的 为药品行政处罚信息公开制度建设提供合理化建议.方法从法理上分析了行政信息公开与公众利益的相关程度,是否涉及国家秘密、商业秘密、个人隐私以及信息公开的成本等标准,以区分药品行政处罚信息的具体公开范围.结果与结论建议采取逐步实施、适度灵活、科学分类、定期简报等药品行政处罚的信息公开策略.
