白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗乳腺癌和非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察

 目的 比较白蛋白结合型紫杉醇（Abraxane）和紫杉醇注射液（泰素Taxol）治疗乳腺癌和非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的疗效及不良反应情况。方法 共纳入NSCLC患者24例，其中紫杉醇注射液l组14例，白蛋白紫杉醇组10例。纳入乳腺癌患者14例，其中紫杉醇注射液组7例， 白蛋白紫杉醇组7例。所有患者疗效评价均由临床医生按WHO标准评价。结果 紫杉醇注射液组在乳腺癌化疗中有效率为9.1%，在NSCLC化疗中有效率为26.3%。白蛋白紫杉醇组在乳腺癌化疗中有效率为13.3%，在NSCLC化疗中有效率为46.7%。不良反应，乳腺癌化疗中紫杉醇注射液组胃肠道反应及血液学毒性明显高于白蛋白紫杉醇组。NSCLC化疗中紫杉醇注射液组胃肠道反应及血液学毒性低于白蛋白紫杉醇组。结论 两组结果相比疗效无明显差异，不良反应有显著性差异，且不同肿瘤患者所受影响不同。

Curative Effects of Abraxane in Patients with Non-small-cell Lung Cancer and Breast Cancer
