| 摘 要： | 目的:研究苦鲜湿疹凝胶剂的制备及其体外渗透性。方法:羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为基质,制备苦鲜湿疹凝胶剂。采用改良Franz扩散池,以离体小鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,用HPLC法测定苦参碱的累积渗透量。结果:090416:Y2=614.95X2-463.75,r2=0.993 9,090423:Y2,=601.41X2-426.32,r2,=0.996 9,080428:Y2,,=635.90X2-481.08,r2,,=0.997 8,经皮渗透过程符合Higuchi方程(r=0.998)。结论:苦鲜湿疹凝胶剂中的苦参碱以Higuchi动力学经皮渗透。
