波强度新参数的临床应用

目的 应用波强(WI)分析法探讨正常人冷加压实验前后颈总动脉血流平均波强(MWI)、收缩早期瞬时波强(W1)和收缩晚期瞬时波强(W2)在评价颈总动脉功能的可行性.方法 健康志愿者24名.应用WI分析法观察记录静息状态下、冷加压后右侧颈总动脉的W1、W2及颈总动脉血流参数,并计算颈总动脉内径百分变化率、血流MWI.绘制W1、W2和MWI的受试者工作特征曲线(ROC),比较三者的检验效能. 结果与试验前相比,颈总动脉内径百分变化率与W1均显著减低,MWI与W2显著增加(P＜0.05).MWI、W1和W2的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.858、0.731和0.698,三者间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 通过常规血流动力学参数计算血流MWI可评价颈总动脉功能.
