脑星形细胞肿瘤组织中内皮素-1的表达和定量分析及与预后关系的研究

目的 :研究内皮素 -1(ET -1)在脑星形细胞肿瘤组织中的表达及定量分析与预后的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学S -P法及细胞图像光度术 (ICM )测定 70例星形细胞瘤组织中的ET -1表达的阳性率和含量。结果 :ET -1普遍存在于星形细胞瘤 ,其阳性表达主要在胞浆内。Ⅳ级和Ⅲ级星形细胞瘤ET -1阳性率与阳性细胞中的ET -1含量都明显高于Ⅱ级和Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤及正常星形细胞 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。表明肿瘤分化程度越低 ,ET -1的阳性率和含量越高 ,瘤分化程度越高 ,则ET -1的阳性率和含量越低。ET -1含量与肿瘤的预后呈负相关 (r =-0 .787,P <0 .0 1) ,与分级呈正相关 (r =0 .863 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :ET -1可作判断星形细胞瘤预后的一个检测指标。

STUDY ON ENDOTHELIN-1 EXPRESSION AND QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS IN ASTROCYTOMASLI

Objective:To study endothelin-1 (ET-1)expression in astrocytomas and the relationship between the ET-1quantitative analysis and the estimation prognostic of astrocytomas.Methods:ET-1 positive expression and quantitative analysis were detected in 70 cases with astrocytoma using Streptavidin-Peroxidase method and image analysis technology.Results:The ET-1 expressed in all of astrocytomas, and the ET-1 positive expression were mainly located in the cytoplasm.The positive rates of ET-1 in Ⅳand Ⅲ grade of astrocytoma were significantly higher than the others(p<0.05).The results of image analysis on astrocytoma showed that the lower differentiation of astrocytoma, the higher ET-1 quantitative.(P<0.01).The ET-1quantitative of astrocytoma were independent survival time of astrocytoma(r=-0.787,P<0.01),and dependent the grading of astrocytoma(r=0.863,P<0.01)?Conclusion:The ET-1 quantitative analysis may be used as a monitoring index of the estimation prognostic of astrocytomas.
