胃癌组织中端粒酶活性的检测及其意义

目的 :研究胃癌组织中端粒酶活性表达 ,探讨端粒酶活性表达与胃癌发生的关系。方法 :收集经手术及病理证实的胃癌标本 6 0例 ,将慢性浅表性胃炎及慢性萎缩性胃炎伴中重度非典型增生各 2 0例作为对照 ,用原位杂交方法检测端粒酶。结果 :6 0例胃癌中端粒酶的阳性率为 88.3% ( 5 3/ 6 0 ) ,2 0例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴中重度非典型增生 2 0例的阳性率为 35 % ( 7/ 2 0 ) ,2 0例浅表性胃炎阳性率为 5 % ( 1/ 2 0 )。胃癌组与慢性浅表性胃炎及中重度非典型增生相比差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 1) ,非典型增生与浅表性胃炎相比差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 1) ,不同组织学分型胃癌其端粒酶阳性率差异均无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :端粒酶在胃癌的发生中起重要作用 ,但与组织学类型无相关性 ,同时端粒酶在某些癌前病变中也有一定程度的表达。端粒酶的检测对胃癌的诊断及治疗有重要意义。

Telomerase activity in the carcinoma of stomach

Objective:To investigate the activity of telomerase in the carcinoma of stomach and the correlation of telomerase activity with the carcinoma of stomach.Methods:Totally 60 cases of carcinoma tissues were studied accompanied with 20 case of chronic superficial gastritis and 20 case of chronic atrophic gastritis and a typical hyperplasia to tumor.Telomerase were obereved with in situ hybridization.Results:88.3 %(53/60) of carcinoma of stomach possessed the expression of telomerase activity,only 5 %(1/20) of chronic saperficial gastritis and 35 %(7/20) of chronic atraphic gastritis and a typical hyperplasia tissue enable to express telonerase activity,the statistical difference was significal ( P <0.01).No significant difference was between difference hislogical tgpes of carcinoma of stomach.Conclusion:Examination of telomerase activity was of significance in the diagnosise and treatment of carvinoma of stomach.
