甲氯酚酯治疗儿童急性重度有机磷中毒疗效观察

目的：探讨甲氯酚酯用于儿童急性有机磷农药中毒的临床治疗效果。方法：将近10年我科收治的急性有机磷农药中毒患儿58例，随机分为治疗组30例（女10例），对照组28例（女9例），对照组采用洗胃、静脉推注阿托品、解磷定、吸氧、保持呼吸道通畅等常规方法。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注甲氯酚酯（剂量60～100mg/次，2次，d）观察两组儿童的治疗效果。结果：治疗组治愈26例，治愈率86．7％；对照组治愈19例，治愈率67．9％两组比较P〈O．05。结论：在抢救重度有机磷农药中毒时，及时应用甲氯酚酯能明显提高抢救成功率，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect observation of meclofenoxate treatment for children with acute severe organophosphate poisoning

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of meclofenoxate treatment for children with acute severe organophosphate poisoning.Methods：58 pediatric inpatients with acute severe organophosphate poisoning in our hospital in nearly 10 years were randomly divided into control group including 28 cases with conventional methods such as inhaling oxygen, maintaining airway patency, gastric lavage, intravenous infusion of atropine and pralidoxime and treatment group including 30 cases with meelofenoxate （60-100 mg ,2 times/d） on the base of conventional methods.Results：26 cases of treatment group were cured, and 19 cases of control group were cured .The cure rates in treatment group and control group were 86.7%, 67.9% respectively （P〈0.05）.Conelusion：At the rescue of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,the timely application of meclofenoxate can signitlcandy improve survival rate. and deserve the extensive use in clinic.
