结扎子宫动脉上行支治疗剖宫产术重度产后出血临床分析

目的：探讨结扎子宫动脉上行支对剖宫产术后出血的适应证、方法、效果。方法：回顾性分析1997年1月～2007年6月剖宫产分娩的86例重度产后出血中行子宫动脉上行支结扎35例。结果：35例重度产后出血均在采取按摩子宫、热盐水填塞及宫缩剂的应用等无效时行双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎，其中30例止血有效，5例行B—lych缝扎后止血有效。结论：正确掌握子宫动脉上行支结扎是剖官产术重度产后出血中止血的一种方法，简单迅速，效果确切。

Clinical analysis of ligation of the ascending branch of uterine artery in severe postpartumhemorrhage of cesarean section

Objective ：To investigate the indication,method and effect of ligation of the ascending branch of ulterine artery in severe postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods ：The clinical data in 35 of 86 patients with severe postpartum hemorrhage of cesare- an section from Jaanuary 1997 to June 2007 treated with the ligation of the ascending branch of uterine artery were analysed retrospec- tively.Results：All 35 patients with severe postpartum hemorrhage were performed the ligation of the ascending branch of uterine artery only of massaging uterus,hot brine plugging and oxytocin had no effect on hemostasis.30 cases of them were effective;the rest were given B-lych suture lasdy.Conelusion：This method is simple ,rapid and effective in controlling bleeding.
